The Paper Chase - Cutting Back on Paperwork
Experts have been predicting its arrival for over thirty years but for many businesses, ‘the paperless office’ seems as remote as ever. Internet communication, for example, has increased – rather than reduced – the amount of printing we do: the use of email in a business has been shown to raise paper consumption by an average of 40%! The course provides a simple introduction to the skills needed to manage, control and reduce paperwork. By following the techniques explored, staff will be able to immediately implement new systems and processes that minimise unnecessary paperwork.
