This role involves hands on work with staff and learners at all levels coordinating and development curriculum and all that entails. Reporting to the Contracts Manager the post holder will play and active role in the development of coherent delivery programmes across the business for vocational provision with embedded Skills for Life.  This is a high impact role which will also support the implementation of development strategies and will require well developed and effective interpersonal skills to lead, support and advise a wide range stakeholders including employers, learners and staff.

We are looking for three dynamic and motivated individuals with experience in delivering Adult Literacy and Numeracy Skills up to and including Level 2. You will be responsible for maintaining quality delivery, and meeting company targets including achievement, retention, and audit and compliancy. In addition you will be responsible for leading a small team. You must hold a minimum of Level 4 Specialist Certificates in Literacy and Numeracy. We are recruiting in the following areas;

We are looking for a qualified and experience Assessor to deliver the Security NVQ to a range of clients across the East Midlands. You will be occupationally competent in the Security Sector, and hold the A1 Units. You will be responsible for effective training and assessment of candidates to support achievement of the NVQ qualification, and will work to company targets including those of engagement, retention, achievement and audit compliancy.

You will be expected to work across the East Midlands, and delivery on employer's premises.
