I would just like to let you know how empowering I have found this course.
Despite initial reservations before I attended, I was pleasantly surprised at just how comfortable the learning environment was.
I found this definitely helped my ability to absorb new skills, and I certainly discovered my potential to learn was enhanced by the patience and cheerfulness of the tutors.
It has given me the confidence to believe I am capable of taking my I.T. training even further, nd as a result of this, I hope to enrol in some further courses.
In a practical sense,the application of Word and Powerpoint will be very useful in the coming months as i intend to start a business and my proficiency in the I.T. field was, until now, somewhat limited.
The help and unfailing support of the Course Tutors has helped me to realise my potential.
No question was ever deemed "stupid", and no request for help was ever turned down.

I recently took the ITQ level 2 course at Attenborough, Nottingham. At first I was reluctant to complete the whole course, mainly because I thought my knowledge was sufficient enough and secondly I am mainly a Mac user but I am glad I did as I found the course to be informative and inspirational ( I am looking for further training )but most of all the lessons were delivered in a fun and relaxed enjoyable atmosphere, and that was mainly down to the course tutor Andy, nice bloke and very easy to get along with. Momentarily, I find it mentally daunting to encompass the programmes' goals & the process of what's involved in achieving a successful qualification to pass the course. I had a very rewarding experience on my critical skills course. I was expecting the course would update some of my computing skills. However, the course exceeded my expectations. It helped me revise some knowledge and taught me many new skills I did not know before attending the course. I also enjoyed the approachable teaching style.

My feedback on the iTQ2 course is to say it's brilliant. My first impressions of the course was a little apprehensive especially as I haven't been on a training course for such a long time and I was a bit nervous being in a class room again. I needn't have worried everyone was so supportive and if I wanted any help I just had to ask. The course content included Word version 2003, Outlook, Excel and Power Point. My only disappointment is that the course is for 6 weeks, wishing it was for longer. At the end of the course you achieve a qualification and receive your certificate. Definitely a course I would recommend to anyone.
