Religious and Age Legislation
One of the greatest challenges faced by people with a disability is getting into, and staying in, employment. This course will help employers and employees recognise their responsibilities by developing knowledge of the relevant legislation. Disability Legislation provides a good understanding of the regulations and procedures employers and employees must follow. It also provides general information about employing people with disabilities helping to ensure legal and social responsibilities are met. Who is the course for? This course is appropriate for anybody who manages people or has responsibility for recruitment and selection. This course is aimed at those without any previous knowledge of the subject.
